The ARKENX Service is accessible 24/7, except for scheduled or unscheduled interruptions, particularly for maintenance or force majeure. ARKENX cannot be held liable for any unavailability or malfunction.

Creating an account is optional for browsing the site but may be necessary to order and track your purchases.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you.

The essential characteristics of the products (descriptions, sizes, colors, materials) are presented on the product pages. Despite our best efforts, slight variations in appearance (screen/lighting) may occur. ARKENX reserves the right to modify the product offering at any time.

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding any delivery charges (displayed before validation).
ARKENX may change prices without prior notice, but products are billed based on the prices in effect at the time of the order. Offers are valid while they are displayed on the website, subject to availability.

ARKENX reserves the right to refuse any abnormal, fraudulent or bad faith order.
8. Payment
Payments are processed through secure providers (Shopify Payments/Mollie/Klarna, etc.). Card data is managed in accordance with the PCI-DSS standard.
Payment in installments (e.g., Klarna). To offer these options, certain contact and order data may be transmitted to the relevant provider to assess your eligibility and tailor the offer. This processing is governed by the provider's privacy policy.
9. Delivery
The terms, service areas, estimated delivery times, and fees are specified at checkout. The risk of loss is transferred to you upon delivery of the package. In case of any issues (damaged/opened package), file a written complaint with the carrier and contact our support team immediately.
10. Right of withdrawal & returns
You have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt (conditions, exclusions and detailed procedure in our Return and Refund Policy ).
For hygiene reasons, items worn/tried on without protection or removed from their sealed packaging cannot be returned. Exchange/return procedures and applicable fees are described in this policy.
11. Customer reviews and user content
By posting a review, photo or comment, you grant ARKENX a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free license to use/reproduce/display this content for the purpose of promoting the Service.
The following are prohibited: defamatory, illegal, infringing, advertising, hateful, violent, or copyright infringement content. ARKENX reserves the right to moderate or remove any non-compliant content.

In the event of an external, irresistible and unforeseeable event preventing the execution of our obligations (general strike, large-scale network failure, disaster, war, administrative decisions, etc.), the obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.

ARKENX may modify these Terms of Service at any time. The new Terms of Service apply as soon as they are published online and to all subsequent use of the Service. The date of the update is shown in the header.
19. Applicable Law – Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first with our customer service department. Failing that, jurisdiction is granted to the competent French courts.
