The ArkenX Service is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or in cases of force majeure. ACOM Structure LLC is not liable for any downtime, interruption, or technical failure beyond its reasonable control.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD), excluding applicable taxes and shipping fees (displayed before checkout confirmation).

7. Order Process
Placing an order on ArkenX involves the following steps:
- Add products to your cart
- Enter your contact and shipping information
- Select your shipping method and payment option
- Review your order summary and accept these Terms
- Complete payment — your order is confirmed upon successful payment processing
ArkenX reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order that appears fraudulent, abusive, or placed in bad faith.
8. Payment
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers including Shopify Payments and other certified processors. All card data is handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards — we never store your full card details.
Buy Now, Pay Later options (e.g., Klarna): Where available, selecting installment payment options may require sharing certain contact and order data with the relevant provider to assess eligibility. This data is governed by that provider's own privacy policy.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options, delivery zones, estimated timeframes, and associated costs are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery of your package to the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged or open, note the damage in writing with the carrier upon receipt and contact our support team as soon as possible. Failure to do so may affect your ability to file a claim.
