Return and refund policy

Order cancellation or modification

We process and ship orders very quickly. For this reason, it is not always possible to modify or cancel an order once it has been confirmed.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible at the following address: contact@thearkenx.com.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided that the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse.

For faster processing, please use the subject line: "Order Cancellation" and include your first and last name and order number in your email.


Return and refund policy

If your order has already been shipped, don't worry: you can request a return and get a refund, subject to the conditions below.

  • Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your package .

  • After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and with the tag intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, any item that has been worn or used cannot be refunded.

Non-refundable products:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products (e-books, downloadable content)

Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required to validate the return.


Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the item and informing you of the acceptance or refusal of your refund.

  • If your request is accepted, the refund will be automatically made to your bank card or the payment method used for the purchase, within 7 working days .

  • Initial shipping costs are only refunded if the cancellation request was made before the order was shipped .

Possible delays

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer – there may be a processing delay before the refund appears.

  3. The usual delivery time is 7 to 14 working days .

Sale items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, items on sale or promotion are not eligible for a refund.


Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items.
If you need to exchange a product for the same model, please contact us at contact@thearkenx.com.

We will send you the procedure to follow as well as the return address.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

  • In the event of a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • Returned items remain your responsibility until they are received in our warehouse.

For any return valued at over €50, we strongly advise you to use a tracked service or insure the shipment.
We cannot guarantee receipt of your package without proof of delivery.
